How do our solar collectors function?
The BLOZOEN solar collectors are provided with a winded heating pipe with a composition that converts ultra-short wave radiation of the entering light directly into heat. They function by direct and indirect light, so they provide energy even when it is a cloudy day.

Functioning of the system
The temperatures of the swimming pool water (1) and the solar collectors (7) are continuously compared to each other. The controlling system (8) commands the collector pump (6), hat starts functioning if there is enough energy available in the solar collectors. The check valves (9) guarantee that the water flows into the right direction.
The pump sends the swimming pool water directly trough the solar collectors. This has following advantages :
- The cost price of the installation is reduced while the use of a heat exchanger can be avoided.
- Each kind of heat exchange requires a difference in temperature. Because there has been saved on a heat exchange, the collector can provide a higher performance at a lower temperature. If there is no more energy available in the collectors, e.g. after sunset, the pump is switched off.
Because of the spherical form our patent solar collectors are insensible to storm and they can be installed on existing flat roofs without any technical arrangements. If there are no flat or slightly inclined roofs (maximum 30°) available to install the solar collectors, they can be put on the ground. In some cases the construction of a pergola can be a better solution. The pergola can be useful as a covered patio, a tool-shed, a sauna,...
